The Red house

This story is about a red weird looking house. The paint of house was red, weird looking mysterious house. No one wanted to go there, but salomi and saurabh decided to explore the red house. Will they come back?

The red house, situated in the midst of the forests. Weird looking, scary house., a  Banyan tree; a swing hanging, a broken window. Rumours were that the house was haunted, but nobody knew why nobody stays there.

In the past, it so happened that some people visited the house & they never came back, from that day the people thought that the house is haunted. Nobody wanted to visit the house, the people were scared. But newly married couple from another town visited the place, Salomi & saurabh. He loved her very much & always wanted the best for her. He wanted to fulfill till her wishes. Her favorite color was red and she loved it. According to her that was the color of love.

He had a hobby of photography. He loved clicking pictures in the forests. He was clicking pictures in the same forest where the red house was situated. As he was clicking, he saw the glimpse of red house from far away.

He was fascinated by the red house. He decided to enter; the door had a lock which was half broken. He used a stone to break open the lock and entered the house. The view was mesmerizing and soothing inside, the curtains were red, and carpet was red. Almost all the things out there were red in color. He remembered that his wife’s favorite color is red. He decided to buy the house and give a surprise to her.

He asked the people about the red house, nobody wanted to tell him that they all felt that the house was haunted. Without much formality he bought the house for his wife.

Saurabh was taking salomi to the new house. On the way their car punctures and they both are stuck and also starts raining. She tells him that she feels something strange. But he tells her that that she was just over thinking. He calls a mechanic and he changes the tyre. They both reached the house at 12.am in the midnight. She sees the house and says that it’s beautiful. As soon as she enters the house, a painting hanging on the wall falls down and it breaks. She gets frightened but he says that it fell because it was hanging from there from a long time.

Salomi wakes up at 3am and sees him sleeping peacefully. She kisses him on his forehead and gets up from the bed. She went to walk around, as she was walking in the balcony she hears footsteps, she was horrified and when she sees behind, she sees a black cat and so she gets a sigh of relief.

But the strange thing is that the cat jumped off the balcony. She screams and he comes running. She is speechless, her fingers are pointing to the balcony end. Saurabh looks down but sees nothing. She tells that cat, it died. He takes her to the room and tells her to sleep.

The next morning when she wakes up she sees that he had already made the breakfast. He asked her whether she liked the red house. She gave a confused look and said that red? Where is red? I can’t see anything that in red. All she saw was black and white. He gets scared, because he could see red all around. Suddenly he sees salomi’s eyes turning red; she opens her mouth and bites him on his neck. Blood was dripping from his neck, he was in pain and she screams and takes a knife and kills him.

As soon after that salomi falls on the ground, spirit appears in front of her eyes and she realizes that she was possessed by a spirit. It was the spirit who killed him. She sees him fallen dead on the ground. She cries and tries to get him to his senses but he is dead. She looks at the spirit, ‘a girl with long hair and burn marks on the face was standing there wearing a red saree with gold jewellry all over her.

She laughs at  salomi and says “your love is dead and you killed him with your hands.” She angrily looks at her & says. Why the hell did you do this? Why you killed my love, Why?? She weeps and falls down. The spirit, she laughs & says “This house is mine, I was killed here by husband 15yrs back. He threw me from the balcony ; he married me only for money. From that day , I kill everyone whoever comes here. Specially the husbands, now its your turn. She looks at salomi & knife goes to her direction & it strucks her heart. Salomi is dying & she looks at saurabh, he is dead. She is in pain, she slowly looses her breath. She is dead. The spirit yells, laughs & says “The Red house is Blood house ” I will kill everyone who comes here. She disappears & their bodies also disappear. Everything is perfect, back the way it was before. Red house is a Blood house. Nobody knew about them & the story of the Red house.
